Rise & Renew is a Yoga and Sound Healing Fundraiser open to the San Diego community and virtual supporters everywhere.
Join us for a restorative yoga class at YogaSix Point Loma in Liberty Station, accompanied throughout the practice by sound healing. All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
A minimum $25 donation is required to register for the event. Raffle tickets are available for $10 each, and supporters do not need to be present to win. Online raffle entries will be included in the live drawing during the event.
Your support helps fund survivor scholarships, grants, healing-centered programs, and Trauma-Informed Legal Training (TILT).
Together, we're helping survivors access resources, build community, and continue their healing journeys.
Space is limited for this in-person event, so we encourage early registration to reserve your spot.
